Dennis Taylor

Dennis Howard Taylor, 52, of Sorrells Baxter Rd., died July 21, 2017 at Robin Johnson Hospice House. He was born May 7, 1965 in Lincoln County to the late Howard Lee Taylor and Kay Frances Willis Taylor of Cherryville. Dennis was a1983 graduate of West Lincoln High School and was a self-employed rental agent.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters; Donna Taylor and Teresa Taylor.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Leslie McSwain (Dean) of Cherryville; three nieces; and numerous other relatives.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Carpenter-Porter Funeral and Cremation Services at 5 PM with Rev. Leonard Bumgardner officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home from 4:00 to 4:45 PM and at other times at the home.
