Theresa Vitale Conrad

Theresa “Terri” June Vitale Conrad, age 65, of Crouse, passed away February 18, 2024, at Novant Presbyterian Hospital. She was born November 29, 1958, in New Brunswick, New Jersey to the late Nicola Vitale and Geraldine Sheppard Vitale. 

Terri enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved her Aunt June’s Mayonnaise Cake and anything Italian, including Spaghetti Pie. Terri adored visiting Seaside, New Jersey, and spending time at the beach. She could often be found playing cards or games, specifically word games.

In addition to her parents, Terri was preceded in death by her brother, Nicola Vitale; and sister and brother-in-law, Geraldine and Jimmy Olsen.

Terri is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Patrick “Pat” Conrad; children, Geri Freeman (Robert), Theresa Gurganious (Micah), Colleen Conrad (Daniel Zander), and Timmy Conrad (Kady); siblings, Rosanne Penn, Victoria Ruffino (Phil), Idella Ciokajlo (John), and Bridgit O’Daly; grandchildren, Lorelai Zander and Sawyer Boone Conrad; her German Shepherd, Reese; her cat, Brownnoser; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, February 23, 2024, at Carpenter-Porter Funeral Home with Reverend Seminarian Cody Carpenter officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 3:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
